The hotel is located in a picturesque village with stunning mountain views. The staff is available 24/7 and there are recreational amenities like tennis and hiking trails.
Plastic flowers, fake style, bad coffee, stale pastry, plastic cups wrapped in plastic. at least they're consistent in their lack of taste and sustainability.

Beautiful new hotel in two restored manor houses in tiny historic village. Asthonising views over valley. Relaxing enormous garden with pool. Shame only a few guests were there.
We got locked up in the garden after enjoying the sunset with wine and needed to clomb over the garden wall in order to get into the hotel again.

We loved the hotel's location in the mountains, near the castle. The gardens had an awesome view of the area away from human beings. The breakfast was great with numerous local cakes and fresh fruits. The staff was friendly and helpful.
All was perfect.

The hotel was excellently reconstructed, keeping the original outline of an old building. Perfectly integrated in a dreamscape, it is indeed a great choice for those wishing to spend a quiet weekend in the mountains and enjoy the winter snow of the "Serra da Estrela" mountain. Excellent facilities. Definitely recommended!

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the middle of nowhere. The walk to our room was a bit far because we had to go through a long corridor. However, the room was large and had a beautiful view of the valley. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the breakfast had a lavish portion of freshly scrambled eggs. The hotel had a lovely swimming pool and tennis courts, plus staff were very helpful.
There were no other food outlets/restaurants nearby, so we had no option but to eat at the hotel. The food was okay, but not the best.

A hidden gem down the hill in a beautiful village, this hotel offers great value for money. The rooms, although not large, are comfortable and clean, equipped with air conditioning. The staff are friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to assist us with printing boarding passes and providing local recommendations. The breakfast is excellent, with a good variety of options, including cappuccino. The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views from both the rooms and the hotel's extensive grounds.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't find any faults.

We had a truly relaxing and tranquil stay at Inatel. The charm of the old mansion and the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains made it a memorable experience. The clean and comfortable rooms with air conditioning provided the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The swimming pool and tennis court on the premises were an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking peace and quiet in a beautiful setting.

This hotel is a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The swimming pool and tennis courts are well-maintained and offer a great way to unwind. The surrounding gardens are also beautiful and worth exploring.
Breakfast was a bit limited, but still provided a good start to the day. The lack of nearby restaurants means you may need to explore the surrounding villages for more dining options.
